1. Acceptance of Operator Agreement
By connecting to, accessing, or utilizing the GLITCH GRID digital arcade network (available at https://glitchgrid.fun/), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these operational directives, you must terminate your uplink and cease navigation across the Grid immediately.
2. Nature of the Service & Gameplay Nodes
GLITCH GRID provides an interactive, browser-based digital arcade featuring original HTML5 canvas simulations, spatial audio generators, and episodic narrative transmissions ("Grid Logs"). All simulations are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment and cognitive challenge. We reserve the continuous right to recalibrate, upgrade, suspend, or decommission any simulation, narrative node, or server protocol without prior transmission.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All core code, vector graphics, algorithmic sound synthesizers, narrative storylines (including the Chronicles of the G.C.V. Odyssey, Krystal Cascade, and Architect_Prime), trademarks, logos, and audiovisual assets available on GLITCH GRID are the proprietary intellectual property of GLITCH GRID and its creators. Unauthorized extraction, automated scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized mirroring, or commercial redistribution of any Grid software or written archives is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.
4. Operator Conduct & Prohibited Exploits
Operators navigating the Grid agree to adhere to strict conduct guidelines:
- No Memory Injection or Cheat Engines: You may not inject unauthorized scripts, bots, modified runtimes, or automated memory tamperers to manipulate game scores or telemetry.
- No Network Disruption: Attempting to overwhelm, flood, perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or disrupt the Firebase Hosting infrastructure is a direct policy violation.
- Respectful Communications: Any inquiries or communications transmitted to the Grid administration team must remain free of defamatory, abusive, or unlawful language.
5. Third-Party Advertising & Cookie Disclosures
To keep the GLITCH GRID network accessible and free for all pilots across the globe, we partner with reputable third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager certified partners. These networks may deploy non-sensitive cookies, web beacons, or unique device identifiers to deliver relevant contextual advertising. 6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers
THE GLITCH GRID PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED CANVAS SIMULATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, GLITCH GRID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OBJECTIVE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME, ZERO LATENCY, OR ERROR-FREE SUBROUTINE EXECUTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GLITCH GRID, ITS CREATORS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO NAVIGATE THE ARCADE NETWORK.
7. Termination of Uplink
We reserve the unilateral right to deny or block access to any IP address or user attempting to breach our security boundaries, exploit gameplay bugs, or violate these operational terms.
8. Directive Revisions & Contact Uplink
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect evolving platform standards or regulatory mandates. Ongoing engagement with the site following any posted revisions constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
